主讲人简介：姚娟博士, 现为澳大利亚悉尼大学商学院金融系高级讲师。她的研究领域主要为证券市场，基金管理, 资产定价等。 她的教学领域主要为国际金融管理和债券市场。姚娟博士的论文曾经在Journal of Banking and Finance, Small Business Economics, International Review of Economics and Finance, European Journal of Finance, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Accounting and Finance, Australian Journal of Management 等上发表。她同时还是悉尼大学中国研究中心的主要研究员。
